Three questions arise=85 Who owns the = land? A=20 simple Land Registry enquiry would sort that one.

What is to = happen=20 to you when the Court case stops 'running' =96 are = you going to=20 remove your half of the building from his land?

I was = actually under the impression that Orizio Motors Ltd owned = both the=20 land and the building, but who owns that company? Obviously = not you=20 =96 hey? Another simple Company's House enquiry would sort = that one=20 too.

I=92m sure it=92s all completely clear-cut in = your mind.=20 Just as the advertising issue is neatly resolved in your = mind! Even=20 so, to be safe, I hope you've got adequate financial = reserves put to=20 one side.

Technical Matters

Filby=92s=20 Involvement
You say =93so what if the mag was just = one big add=20 for the python=85..=94 Provided that it was clearly labelled = as such,=20 there would be no concern from me. My concern has been with = the=20 gamekeeper-turned-poacher aspects. Readers might see things=20 differently though - they don't like paying for brochures = these=20 days.

You say =93i can find you loads here that will = say im=20 probable the ONLY person in Sr lanker that can do what i = do!=94 I=20 don't doubt that. You don=92t have to ask in Sri Lanka; I = reckon there=20 are people over here that would agree that you=92re quite=20 unique.

Ok every=20 one lets look at this front suspension = setup!
Page 22 of KIT = CAR December=20 2006 top right hand corner and the caption =93the new = radiator is=20 an improvement over the ford unit while the bracing between = the=20 ROCKING ARMS locks the pivots and adds = strength=94 no=20 cross bracing to be seen!! No WARNINGS that this is a LETHAL = suspension design???? Under that picture 5 lines down it = states=20 =93Jeremy always went for cheap, abundantly and easily = available,=20 scrap-yard components and combined them with excellent = engineering=20 designs to create a car that really worked=94=20

How can it be that this set = up so=20 close to the pythons is so good on a striker = ??? But=20 not on a python ??

Oh I think I know = that one=20 !!! Mel is not =93in with=94 Peter Filby=20 !!!

How the striker chassis does = not get=20 the =93statement=94 that the chassis =93lacks = front cross=20 bracing=94 ??

You can say what you = like about=20 ME and RVD but WE have never stooped so low as to parse one = maker=92s=20 Designs, on one page and slag almost the same thing off only = a few=20 pages later.

For all you guys that have JAG = based kits Den=20 states: That your cars are made from =93obsolescent = Donor=20 components=94 as that is what he states on page 299 = of course=20 this is with jag bits on a Nemesis, an RVD car! The only Complaints = are from=20 people that have vested interests in seeing the Python not = do well.=20 And we all know who they are!

If I was Mark I = don=92t think I=20 would bother with any more posts and just enjoy his build = and his=20 car and not worry about all this.
It is very apparent = that the=20 point that mark has NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL has = been=20 totally glossed over and his spelling is the most important = thing it=20 seem=92s, the fact that he is a happy RVD customer and happy = to tell=20 anyone whatever they what to know, is totally irrelevant = (maybe=20 it does not fit the impression that some people are trying = very hard=20 to push) Simon has also received attack after attack, = conspiracy=20 plots and much more (it=92s all in the old python=20 threads)
So don=92t be surprised if the only time python = customers are=20 seen are at kit show and out and about, as who need=20 this?NO ONE! =

To be constantly = mocked and told=20 that you should =93GET A SPELL CHECK=94 from ill informed = bankers (=20 there should be a =93w=94 in there some where?) it just goes = to show the=20 level of some of the people on here. Not every one but like = football=20 thugs it only takes a few!
Those who want to = know about the=20 python only need to go and drive it or talk to the = customers. I can=20 give their mail to the guys and if they want they will talk = all you=20 want on there builds. With out people taking the P155 out of = them=20 all the time!!

I=20 have so much work. I don=92t need = extra;
I may even get time = to work on=20 all the =93backburner=94 projects.(Den forgets no one know = who the F Den=20 Tanner is out here! and do not care who the F he is, or in = the USA=20 the UK is only a small market compared to US and Asia. to = Global=20 RVD)

One good thing about the third = world you=20 don=92t need huge money to do things, what DAX need in a = week, will=20 keep me going for months. SO GO ON DEN DO YOUR WORST I = WILL=20 STILL BE HERE!!!!
